To refresh the stats on a campaign click on the Campaigns tab menu bar

 Next click on the green recycle icon shown below for the campaign you wish to refresh your campaign stats. 
Total Contacts = Amount of records/contacts in the campaign
Connected Contacts = Contacts in which the call was connected (live Answer, Answering Machine, Wrong Number etc)
Total Calls Made = Amount of calls dialed (includes reworks)
Remaining Contacts = Amount of contacts not connected (No answer, Busy signal etc)
Abandon Rate = Percentage of connected calls vs no agent available



 Additionally for more campaign details click on the Display Graph Stats option
