Users should be prompted to allow the dialer to use the computers speakers and microphone when they login to the dialer for the first time. If you are not prompted for some reason i.e. pop up blocker or you simply didn't see the pop up here is a simple way to allow the interCloud9 dialer to user your computers default speaker and microphone / headset.
- Click on the site identity icon (the lock symbol) in the address bar.
- Choose Allow on each menu next to Use the Camera and Use the Microphone
- Click anywhere on the web page to close the menu, then click the Retry button.
Flashblock users: Flashblock might block video images on Firefox Hello. If you're not seeing any video even after Firefox Hello has activated your camera, try disabling the Flashblock add-on.
