This connection method will allow you to speak with callers through your computers default sound device. You must click "Allow" when prompted for the fist time in your computers browser to allow interCloud9 to use your computers Audio device.
*You will need to use Google Chrome as your internet browser when logging into the dialer for the webphone to work.
To begin you will need to download and install Google Chrome https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html (if not already using it as your computers web browser)
Next plug in your USB headset to your computer and besure it is installed and working correctly
Once you have verified your headset is working correctly go to your computers sound settings and set your headset and microphone as the default listening and recording devices on your computer Click here for instructions for Windows or Mac if you need help
Now you will need to log into the dialer and click on the Admin Tab enable the webphone shown below.
(This will need to be done for each user and computer utilizing this as the preferred connection method)
Then to the right of the specific user hover over the second icon from the left and click on Connection Settings
Choose Web Phone
Click Save Changes
Log out to insure changes have taken effect in dialer, we suggest you restart your computer to be sure sound device changes fully take effect.

** Users can only be logged into the dialer in one tab in one browser on one computer at a time all other webphone connections will be blocked.
