Step #1 Create a Keyword that a person would text to your number to start the survey.
- Click Add Keyword
- Input your keyword and select options shown below
Step #2 Create your Survey
- Choose Surveys from menu
- Select Add SMS Survey
- Name your Survey
- Choose the number for your survey (if you have multiple numbers assigned to your account)
- Choose your survey keyword create in Step #1 above
Step #3 Manage your Survey Questions
- From the Action column select Manage Survey Options
