Predictive Dialer How do I record manual dialed calls Print

In order to record manual dialed calls you must enable the Record Direct Calls option in the user settings. To do this you would click on the Admin Tab as show below.



Next select the Yellow Pencil to the right of your users name to Edit Settings



Next check the box for Record Direct Calls option at the botton and click Save Changes



To listen to the Direct Call Recordings for an agent you must click on the Admin tab

 

Next you would click on the recording speaker to the right of the users name as shown below, all recordings are saved for a period of 30 days.
