Step #1 Create a Inbound Voice Survey
- Click Voice
- Click Surveys
- Click Add Voice Survey
- Give your survey a name and Choose Inbound
- Assign your dedicated number
Step #2 Manage your Survey Questions
- From the Action column select Manage Survey Options
- Below is an example of a simple Inbound Survey
Step #3 Use Your Inbound Survey
- Now when someone calls your dedicated number assigned to this survey your call flow will execute.
