Recycle Campaign Contacts

1. You would start by going to your campaigns page https://pd.intercloud9.com/#!/campaign 
2. Next click the green leaf icon for the campaign you wish to rework
   
3. Then click the Recycle see image below
4. Select your options to recycle: All Contacts, Bad Numbers or Recycle Selected
   Bad Numbers: Would Recycle/Rework all bad numbers i.e. disconnected, dead air, operator intercept etc. 
   All Contacts: Would Recycle/Rework every number in the list regardless of the status like starting from scratch as if you never called the list before including numbers marked as DNC or Scheduled Call Backs (every number would be reset to be called again).
   
5. If you choose Recycle Selected from the drop down you can hold the Ctrl and select multiple dispositions at once
6. You can also limit the rework/recycle by date by selecting the Limit By Date check box and choosing your To and From dates.
   

Move Campaign Contacts

Note: To move contacts from one campaign to another you must first have a campaign created you want to move contacts from. The process of moving contacts is done from within the campaign you want to pull the contacts into. 

1. You would start by going to your campaigns page https://pd.intercloud9.com/#!/campaign 
2. Next click the green leaf icon for the campaign you wish to bring contacts into from another campaign
   
3. Then click the Move see image below
4. Choose the Campaign you want to import/move contacts from 
5. Select your options to recycle: All Contacts, Bad Numbers or Recycle Selected
   Bad Numbers: Would Recycle/Rework all bad numbers i.e. disconnected, dead air, operator intercept etc. 
   All Contacts: Would Recycle/Rework every number in the list regardless of the status like starting from scratch as if you never called the list before including numbers marked as DNC or Scheduled Call Backs (every number would be reset to be called again).
   Recycle Selected: You would hold the Ctrl on your keyboard and select multiple dispositions at once using your mouse clicker
6. You can also limit the contacts being moved by date by selecting the Limit By Date check box and choosing your To and From dates.
